Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wondrous Journey, we strive to deliver high-quality travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and changes to bookings.
By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date stated in your booking confirmation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation timelines below.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email at wondrousjourney84@gmail.com. The following charges will apply based on the number of days before the trip start date:

Note: Certain trips involving flights, special accommodations, or third-party services may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by Wondrous Journey
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient bookings, natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
In such cases, you will be offered:
A full refund of all payments made to us (excluding any non-refundable third-party costs such as visa fees or flights not booked through us), or
The option to transfer your booking to another available trip without additional service fees.
4. Changes to Bookings
Minor changes to itineraries may occur due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. No refunds will be issued for such adjustments.
If you request a change to your booking (e.g., change of dates, upgrade of service), additional fees may apply depending on supplier terms.
5. No-Shows
No refunds will be given if you fail to show up for your trip or miss any portion of it due to personal reasons, including missed flights or delays.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

退款与取消政策

在 Wondrous Journey,我们致力于为您提供高品质的旅行体验。我们理解有时计划可能会发生变化,因此制定了本《退款与取消政策》,以说明有关退款、取消及更改预订的条款。
当您向我们预订行程或服务,即表示您同意以下条款。
1. 一般条款
所有预订均需支付不可退还的订金以保留名额。
余款必须在预订确认书中注明的截止日期前全额支付。
若符合退款条件,退款将按以下取消时间表处理。
2. 旅客取消
如需取消预订,请通过电子邮件 wondrousjourney84@gmail.com 向我们提交书面通知。根据出发日期前的通知时间,退款标准如下:

出发日期前 31–60 天 | 退还总费用的 50%(扣除不可退还的订金) |

出发日期前 14 天或更少 | 不予退款 |
注意: 某些包含机票、特殊住宿或第三方服务的行程,可能有更严格的取消政策,我们将在预订时告知。
3. Wondrous Journey 取消行程
如因不可控因素(如报名人数不足、自然灾害、政治不稳定等)导致行程取消,我们将:
退还您已支付给我们的全部款项(不包括任何不可退还的第三方费用,如签证费或非通过我们预订的机票);或
提供将您的预订转至其他可选行程的机会,且不额外收取服务费。
4. 更改预订
因天气、安全或运营原因导致的行程微调属于正常情况,此类调整不予退款。
若您要求更改预订(如更改出发日期、升级服务等),可能需根据供应商条款收取额外费用。
5. 未出现(No-Show)
若您未按时参加行程,或因个人原因(包括错过航班或延误)而缺席部分行程,恕不退款。
6. 旅游保险
我们强烈建议所有旅客购买全面的旅游保险,涵盖行程取消、医疗紧急情况及行李遗失等风险。
7. 退款处理时间
经批准的退款将在 14–30 个工作日 内退回至原支付方式。若有银行转账费用,将从退款金额中扣除。
